This booklet identifies the root of bitterness, equips the reader to remove it from his heart, and helps him to respond biblically to future hurts, rejections, and trials of life. Lou Priolo is the Director of the Eastwood Counselling Ministry in Montgomery, Alabama. He is a graduate of Calvary Bible College and Liberty University. Lou has been a full-time biblical counsellor and instructor for over nineteen years, and is a Fellow of the National Association of Nouthetic Counsellors. He lives in Wetumpka, Alabama, with his wife Kim and daughters, Sophia and Gabriella.
