This book tells the story, known to few, of a remarkable man. He was descended from a family line that is traceable to the days of William the Conqueror. In addition to inheriting a title and wealth he was endowed with considerable natural gifts. He was keenly aware that all he had, came from God and was to be used in his service. His achievements notably in Russia were many and are a monument to his faith. Few have heard of the great awakening in Russia in which Radstock played a leading part. The text on the obelisk in Mayfield Park, Southampton (formerly his estate) bears eloquent testimony to this faith. 'The earth is the Lord's and the fullness thereof' Psalm 24:1.
